"Whereas it is provided by ''The Counties Act, 1908," that the names, representation, and boundaries of ridings mav be altered by Special Order, and whereas " The Counties Act, 1908," is in force in the Connty of Franklin. The Franklin County Council do by Special Order alter the boundaries of the Pukekohe Riding by dividing the presont riding and making two ridings to bo known as Tukekohe East and Pukekohe West respectively ; and altering the boundaries of the Hunua, Mercer, Drury, Mauku and Pukekohe Ridings by transferring from one riding to another where the land is contiguous, and the interests are in common. A copy of the said Special Order may be inspected at the County Office, Pukekohe. The above Special Order was made at a Special Meeting ou October let, 1914, and will be submitted for contirmation at the general meeting of the Council to be held on November 25th, 19H. J. T.
