Change of Proprietorship.

The business of the " Pukekohe and Waiuku Times " has boen ac(juired by the Franklin Printing and Publishing Co. Ltd., and the Company trusts to receive the same generous support as was accorded to the late proprietors of the paper. Instead of the company proceeding, as was originally intended, to establish a now paper, the title of the •'Franklin Post" has been incorporated with that of the "Pukekohe and Waiuku Times," and the Company has also acquired the printing business aud plant of Messrs" Asher and Pearce, late of Cambridge. The jobbing printing department of the "Pukekohe and Waiuku Times," will in future bo conducted under the personal and skilled supervision of Mr F. Pearce.
