FRANKLIN COUNTY.COUNCIL Election Notice. The Electors -of Franklin County are rominded that the NOMINATIONS of Candidates for Membership on Council will CLOSE on Monday, Nov. 2nd, 1914, . at Noon. The Election, if necessary, will take place on Wednesday, Nov. Ilth, 1914, At such polling booths as will be advertised in the "Times" and "Herald" on Tuesday, November 3rd. During the term that I have served as member for our riding I have endeavored to get as much as possible done for the various parts of the riding, and my relations both with the Council and ratepayers have been of the happiest. If I have the honor to represent you for a further term I shall do my best to get as much done over the whole riding as I can, and as soon as this unfortunate financial stringency is passed I shall support a moderate progressive policy for the riding and also for the whole County. During my term of office I have been able to securo a number of Government grants which will have the effect of giving better roads and reducing the liability of the ratepayers.
