Harbour Board's Decision. At Tuesday's meeting of the Auckland Harbour Hoard matters rdatiog to the wharves in this district were considered. On the recommendation of tho Board in committee, it was decided to notify the Northern Steamship Company that negotiations were being concluded for the Board to Like over the wharf at Waluku, after which the engineer would report on the question of the accommodation and turning basin; and the company would be notified at an early date as to the Board's pro* posals. li coonecton with the request of the Franklin County Council to know upon what terms the Board would take over the control of the wharves in Manukau harbour, it was decided that, in view of the conference held at Waiuku on October 13th, no further action be taken until the Franklin County Council has further communicated with thp Hnnrri
