The Papakura Session' The following cases were heard at the S.M. Court held at Papakura last week:— Mrs J. K. Smith v. J. Mcl'all, £o lis. Plaintiff non-suited with costs £ I 14s fid. Commissioner of Taxes v. Donald E. Morrison, for taxes due, £8 18s 3d. Plaintiff by default, with costs 16s. William Walters v. W. Wedding, £2 os. Plaintiff for full amount, with 10s costs. Police v. Herbert Standing. Application for a prohibition order. Order made for \2 months. Police v. Charles Wallis, riding a horse on footpath in Papakura Town Board district. Convicted and ordered to pay 7s costs.
