Sturgeon, and B. Smith, who actfd as M.'aC , and to Mis Keane, piano, ard Mr Latta, violin, who supplied the music—a very enjoyable evening was spent. Ine hall was very tastefully decorated with flowers, ferns etc. I understand the ladi;a of the district are giving a return dance shortly.
