BAND OF HOPE. Che monthly meeting <>f the Baud .Hope was held in the Tuakau 1 cn Friday evening, the Rev. chett occupjung the chair. The lowing excellent programme was >atly appreciated by the large lienco attending: Pianoforte it, Mrs Hunter and Miss F. ikons; glee, " Soldiers of the nperance Cause " ; dialogue, " A rry Band," by Band of Hope ldien; songs, Mr Mollard; reciion, Master Cyril Johnson ; piano te duet, Misses E. and G. Graham; e, " Marching Song," children ; itation, Master Eric Johnson; logur, " Queen Temperance," ; itation, Master Wesley Long; locue, " A Couple of Old Stus," Misses Deeble and Bridge and ssrs W. H. Mid E. Leo. During evening Mr Avery gave, an exent address upon temperance.
