To amend By-Laws Nos. 2 and 1 by inserting the words "or sin amount as tiie Council may, b resolution, from time to time decide after the word "Quarter" in sul sections a and ,b) in No. 2, am after the word " >ame " in No. 10. CEMETERY BY-LAWS. (V Regulating the uiothod an> time for intermonts. (b) Fixing fees and charges for sec lions, interment-, erection o monuments, care of graves, &i {u) Regulating the erection am maintenance of Vaults, (d) Keeping records of grave- am sections sold. 0) Prohibiting planting of trees and regulating sizo of fence and shrubs, in cemetery. (V Providing for maintenance am upkeep of cemetery. The said resolution will bo sub milled for continuation to a meeting of the Pukekohe Borough Council to be held in the Council Chambe on WEDNESDAY, October 7th 191 l, at 8 p.m. A copy of the said By-Laws is de posited at the Borough Couuci Otlice, where the same will bo opci for inspection by the public durin; ollice hours, until the date of con firming meeting.
