FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

SIT/'IALOEDEE. Nolico is Jiereby given that the following Special Order was made at a special meeting of tho Franklin County Council held on Thursday, September 3rd, 1914, and will be confirmed at the next ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on THUESDAY, October Ut, 1914. SPECIAL OEDEE TO BOEEOW £450. In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the Local Bodies Loan Act, 1908, and amendments thereto the Franklin County Council resolve by Special Order as follows : That for the purpose of providing interest and sinking fund upon a loan of Four Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£450), authorised to be raised by the Franklin County Council as above mentioned for certain Public Works to wit: For procuring the necessary land for, and making and forming Hogwood's Eoad Deviation. The said Franklin County Council will make and levy a special rate of l-6th of a penny in the pound upon the capital value of all the rateable properties in the special rating area as defined hereunder.
