PRICE OF BREAD In view of tlio various rumours that are afloat wo with to assure our numerous customers that for the time being we have no intention of raising the price of bread. Having a large quantity of Hour in stock prior to the outbreak of the war we have reserved a large proportion of tliis for our bakery business ; and as long as it lasts the price of bread will remain as at present. If, when we require more Hour the price shows a substantial increase we shall then, and then only, consider the question of raising the price of bread. FRANK PERKINS AND CO Genera! After a brief look round he said: "Well, I certainly lost monoy by not inspecting your stock before I went to the sale yesterday.
