At the annual meeting of members of the New Zealand Dairy Association it was decided, on the motion of Mr Sprang: "That it he a direction to the Hoard of directors to take the necessary steps to increase the number ot directors to nine, arid, if practicable to arrange for a sub division of districts to he represented by such directors."
