The Railway Department had the timber checked at Frar.kton, and found the truck contained 5125 ft. An informatijiv was laid, and Knight appeared hefore Mr E. C. Cutten, S.M., on Tues'ay, charged with making a false statement ij the consignment note. He explained that it wes an oversight, aul wa3 due to carelessness en the part cf his cle.k.
