Notice Respecting Proposed Town District, Mercer, County of Franklin. Department of Internal Affairs. Wellington, 4th August, 191-1. It is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor, under the Town Boards Act, 1908, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be constituted a town district under the said Act, by name the Town District of Mercer. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against t he constitution of the said town district which they desire to lodge within one month from the first publication of this notic s , such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.
