Pukekohe Gun Club.
The war did not check the Pukekohe Gun Club on Saturday and members again took part in interesting contests. E. Fausetr, 17 yards, won the tivebird sweepstakes with live kills, W. Wilson, 18, being second with -1. J. Wiight, J. Fausett, J. Blake got o each, Daysh 2, 8. Fitness 1. Eight competitors tiied for the trophy presented by Mr W. Wright. This was teu-biid event, and Wilson won off 18 yards with 7 first-barrel birds. Vujucich also got 7 birds, 11 yards. J. Fausett, J. Wright, 0 each : S. Fitness, 5 ; J. Blake, A. P. Daysh, 4 each. IS. Fitness captured the stakes in the tecoud five-bird shoot, getting the possible (four second .barrel} off the 12 yards mark. J. Blake, four iirst barrel birds, was second. E. Fausett and Daysh also 1, W. Wilson and J. Wright 3 each, J. Fausett 2 and A. Vujucich 1.
