LYCEUM PICTURES.
Quite a new attraction will bo added to the picture programme at the Premier ball to-morrow night. The management have secured a line 1000 foot lihu founded on Longfellow's worU-famod poem and song '• The Village Blacksmith," and Mr James McKay (baritone has been engaged to sing the tine old song during the screening of the film. As the picture synchronises with the song the effect should bo pleasing. Tho star picture of tho programme is a line spectacular sporting drama of 3">00 feet entitled "From Circus to R acecouise." The photography of this featuro is excellent and the film is all hand-coloured and gives vivid depictions of circus life, also superb spectacles of the race for the "Grand Prix,"' tho blue riland of the French turf. Several other liue subjects complete a unicjue programme.
