The Mauku teams had a day out on Saturday. Playing aiainst Hill at Mauku the home seniors won by 5 to nil. K. Clarke scored a try which Torkcr converted.

The juniors playci in I'ukrkohe and Muuku again won by 11 to til. The-e teams are to bo congratulated upun their wins. The Mauku seniors showed to greatly improved advantuge and put fjrward the best pack that las been seen in local play this season. Likewise, it is generally agreed that Haeata, of Mauku, did the best ba:k work of the season so far,
