THE t'AKMEKS* UNION. The Farmers' Union rnonthlj euchre party was held o.i Mondaj evening and again proved a very successtul gathering. First prizes ware secured by Miss Knight (hat pin holder; and Mr J. Forbes (ink stand) after a spirited contest. Arrangements for the evening were allotted to Messrs,l. B. Gold&worthy an J I'. W. Kvburn, who capably filled their duties. A sumptuous supper was provided by the ladies, it being their evening for providing refreshments.
