FRANKLIN COUNTY.

Notico is hereby given of the intention of the Franklin County Council at a meeting to be held on the 2nd day of July, 1914, under the provisions of Sections 117 to 119 and 12-5 of " The Counties Act, 1908,"' and "The Hospital and Charitable Institution Act, 1908," to make the following rates for the year commencing on the Ist day of April, 1914, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1915, upon the capital value of all the rateable properties in the Mercer Riding a general rate of a half-penny in the £ and a hospital rate of 1-Otli of a pennyin the £ upon all rateable properties in the Mercor Riding. The said rates will be made payable in one sum at the County OHice, Pukekohe, on the L'Oth day of July, 1014.

The Valuation Eolls and l\ato Books aro open for inspection at the said office during office hours. J. T. STEMBEIDGE, County Clerk. Dated this 11th day of June, 1914.
