The Pukjlohe G ilf Club opened the season in Satuchy with a mixed fouraom". Ihere was a large muster of players. The winners were Mrs Pyne and Dr Wake with a nctt score of 50*; but the honours of the best gross round was secured by Mrs Bayly and Hopkins with a score of 62. The following cards wtre returned:—

Miss Clarke and Bocker, score 69, handicap 15, riett score 54. Mrs McArthur and Hovey, gross score 77, handicap 17A, nett score 595. Mrs Bayly and Hopkins, gross score 62, ecratch, nett score 62. Miss Milne and Dr Bronte, gross score 77, handicap 15, nett score 62.
Miss Bilkey and Corbttt, gtoas score 68, handicap 2s, nett ecorc 65*. Mrs Matthews and Grigor, gross score 100, handicap 15, nett score 85.
Messrs Berridge and Mofh'tt have presented the Pukekohe Golf Club with a club for a lady's competition, and Messrs Hood and McCoimick have donattd two clubs for a fourBome.
