Proposed Loan of £(>000 for the purpose of deepening the Waikato River at such places shown in the reports prepared by tho Hoard's Consulting Engineer. Tho Chairman, Members ami Inhabitants of tho Waikato River Board HEREBY GIVES NOTICE in pursuance of Section 8 of tho Pi initial Act : 1. That the purpose for which the proposed loan is required is the deepening of the Waikato River at such places shown in the Reports prepared by tho Board's Consulting Engineer.
