MAGISTRATE'S COURT. On Thursday, 9th ApriJ, before Mr Frazer, S.M., judgment hy default for JEI I 18s 7d, with £1 10s costs, was given in the case of J. Blown and Son v. E. Arnold. In a judgment summons case of Keating and Pekin v. S. Mclvor, an order was made for payment of £l4, 2s 9d at the rate of 5s per week, in default 14 day*' imprisonment.
