RIDING BOUNDARIES.
At ytstcrday'B imeting of the Franklin County Council a considerable amount of interest was evinced in the proposed alterations to various ridirgs of the county. There were deputations of approval of some alterations and deputations of disse.it against others. Finally, and with certain amc .dments, the IJoundary Committee's recommendations were adopted. A full report of the proceedings, soma columns in length, will appear in Tuesday's U" Times."
