N.Z. LOAN AND MERCANTILE AGENCY CO. At Pukekohe yards on Tuesday we held our usual monthly sale of dairy and store cattle, etc. There was a full yarding, and prices were firmer than in the previous month. Best dairy cows, close to profit, sold at from £8 10s to £ll 10s, others £4 to £7 10s; three-year-old steers sold at £7 16s; yearling to two-year-old steers, £3 6s to £5 Is; gocd calves 33s to £2 bs, others 15s to 30s: empty cows, £3 to £4 4s; baiterc, £3 Is to £3 17s Gd; bulls, £3 10b to £7 10a.
