A. BUCKLAND AND SUNS. We held our usual monthly sale in the Pukekohe yards on Mo iday, February 23rd, and, with the exception of dairy cows, all classes were well represented. There was a large attendance ami a good clearance was effected. Springers brought from £7 to £9 1 Ha; others, £5 5s to £0 15s; empty young cows, £3 to £4; aged store cowa, £2 to £2 15s; 18-inonth heifers, £3 to £4 Ss; three to lour-year-old steers, £7 tc £7 12s 6d; two and a-half to three yeai-old steers, £5 15s to £G 15s; two-year steers, £•1 17s l) £5 10a; yearling to 18moiuh steers, £3 to £4 2s; good calves, £1 10s to £1 15s; smaller £1 3a to £1 8s; weedy, itls to 18s; bulls, £3 5s to £8 ss; fat steers, fat cows, aiu I heifers, £1 10s to £7 12s (Id. N.Z. I.DAN AND MERCANTILE] AGENY CO. At Tuakau yards on Tuesday we hold our second sheep fair. More than advertised number came forward. Competition was good throughout, lambs advancing from Is to 2s per head on the last fair prices, and we report h most successful sale, everything changing hands under the hummer.
