Ritchie (Mr Fitzhcrbert) claimed from R. Bradbury 'Mr Haddow) the eum of £2S 12s 9d for carting. The case narrowed it«?c 1 f down to a dispute between the parties as to what arrangement was for carting goods from e'efendant'B yard to his customers, plaintifF contending that it was agreed thst he shculd charga the dffendant, whilst , the defendant said that the plaintiff had to collect from the customer?. !
