Of The Waiuku RailwavThe Details Arranged. Arrangements have now been competed to perform the ceremony of turni g the first ;od of the Waiuku railway on Thursday, February 19th. The Prime Minister will be in attendance ar.d the spot selected for the function is in the vicinity of Wsiuku. Invitations have teen issued to over 60 guests and it is expected that ttrre will he a large and repreeentativr- gfihet i g prescr t. The sod-turnirg will take pUce at 2 p.m. when a few ?h it tpcechea will te nude ar.d a prese tation made to the Rt. Hon. W. F. Massey. From this point the party will proceed to Waiuku to attend a bsrquet tendered by the Waiuku branch of the Kailway League in the evening.
