NOTICE RESPECTING PROPOSED TOWN DISTRICT, TUAKAU, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN. Department of Internal Affairs, "Wellington, 24th December, I'J 13. It is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor, under the Town Boards Act, 1908, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be constituted a town district under the said Act, by name the Town District of Tuakau.
