At Waiuku yards on Saturday wc held our usual monthly sale, 'l'hcre was a full yarding of stock of all descriptions, which sold at lully late rates. Grown steers sold at from £8 5s to £9 ss, two to three-jear- ; old steers £5 5s to £7 7s, yearling steers £3 10s to £4 1?, good strong calves 30s to £2 ss, calves los to 255, empty cowa £3 to £4 53, best dairy cows £5 to £7 10s, others £3 to £4 15s, bulls £3 to £7 10s. At Papakura yards on Monday we held a special horse sal?, when not quite ths advertised number came forward, and competition was dull, although a good clearance was made. Heavy draught horses sold at from £25 to £33, medium ditto £ls to £26, light harness horses £8 to £l7 10s, hacks £8 to £IG 10s, colts £7 10s to £l4. ponies and weeds 20a to £5, Shetland ponies to £B. BUCKLANL) AND SONS. We held a special eala of dairy cattle in the Runciman yards on Saturday, November 15th. There was only a moderate yarding. Good cows were wanted, and sold at from £9 to £lO 10s, others £4 to £8 ss, bulls £4 to £7 15s. We held our usual monthly eales at Pokeno on Monday, 17th, and Runciman on Tuesday, 18th, and had full yardingß in each eas?. All classes of stuck were inquired for, prices being slightly firmer. Nice conditioned three to four-ysai'-old steers brought from £7 to £8 6s, other three-year-olds £6 to £6 15», two-year-old steers £4 15a to £5 f>s, yearling to 18-months £3 8s to £4 9s, yearling to 18-months heiftra £3 3s to £4 17s, fresh empty cows £3 17s to £i>, store cows £2 15s to £3 15s, tat cows £5 | 10s to £7 10?, good calves £1 15s to £2 4s, others £1 5s to £1 13?, bulls £4 to £los.
