Notice of Special Notice. \ In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 31 of " The Counties Act, 1908," notice i 9 hereby given that at a special meeting of the Franklin County Council held on Thursday, October 2nd, 1913, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary ineetiig of the Council to be held on THURSDAY, the 6th day of November, 1913, at 11.30 a.m. at the Council Oflice, Pukckohe. Aka Aka Drainage District In accordance with the provision of Section 31 of the "Land Drainage Act, 1908," and the provisions of the "Eating Act, 1908," notice is hereby given that the Aka Aka Drainage Board will at a meeting to be held on SATURDAY, November Bth, 1913, at the Office of the Board, Waiuku, strike and levy a general drainage rate of Id in the pound on first claSs lands, in the pound on second class lands and Jd in the pound on third class lands (fourth class lands being exempt) for the period commencing the Ist day of April, 1913, and ending the 31st day of March, 1914, such rate being due and payable in oue instalment to the collector at the Office of the Board, Waiuku, on and after the 24th day of INovember, 1913, and where the Ratebook may be seen during office hours.
