r'edigiee Clydesdale stallion "Royal Knight", 1397 NZ.S.B.; a dark brown bred by William Taylor, Esq., Green Fill, Te Awamutu. As a yearling he Ron first honours at Auckland. Franklin and Cambridge shows, and hut for meet'ng with an accident when rising t*o years eld, he no doubt wotlJ have had a great she w ring career, as he is a horse of exception queliiy and very breedy appeaiancc, having hair that ia silky, straight arc! long, such as is found on the aristocratic Clydesdal.'. He is, altogether, the nicest quality Clydesdale to be seen in these parts at the present day. He has yearlings which may be seen on the owner' 3 property at Waiuku which would do credit to any sire. Coming to tne roadster trotting stallijn "Young Drover," cne has truly a general purpose horse, who is really a wonder in himself. He is a horse of great constitution and 13 a fast walker and trotter. In fact his paces are all good and he is a light, even stepper. Although fairly heavy boned "Young Drover" has proved himself a great success in the hunting fit Id, being a safe convtyance over all classes of country. The first of "Young Diover's" stock are now rising four years ar.d are indeed a great credit to him. Intending breeders would do well te. inspect ttem before going elsewhere.
