In exercise of the power confetred upon it by ".Section 31 of the Counties Act, 1908," Notice is hereby given that at a Special meeting of the Franklin County Council held on Thursday, the seventh day of July, 1913, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on THURSDAY, the 4th day of September, 1913, at 11.30 a.m., at the Council Office.
