Meeting of Members.
There were thiiteen members at Wednesday night's meeting of the Fukekole Rod and Gun Club, Mr J. Ke-melly in the chair. The secretary (Mr Daysh) reported that he had sent, en tehalf of the local Club, a cheque lor £5 to the Neil fund, for the maiksraan who was injured tt the hst Ehooting match at Te Aroha.
* The fecrctaty of the Karangahake Gun Hub wrote saying that several rnercben of that Club inter.dea taking part in the forthcoming "big shoot" i.i Pukekohe, if tt.ey could get asay en tha day. Account anointing to about £8 13a were passed for payment.
Mr Erlaadson said tint his successor in busir,e : s would be prepared to do tha cateiing for the "shoot." Mr Gardner suggested that eome msmber ehoulJ unpack and overhaul the birds so as to reject the cracked dies and thereby avoid the "no birds " This ifea took the form of a resolution which was carried. It was decided that a "shoot" take place at an early date for those wLo have not previously won a match.
