POKENO
NASTY ACCIDENT. : At the beginning of the month Mr J. McTavish, junr., met with an accident at the creamery, cutting an artery in the left arm which caused the loss of a lot of blood. As a result Mr McTavish had to cease work. During his convalescence, Mr and Mrs McTavish went to Pahiatua and while there a party, including these two, suffered in a vehicular smash. In kissing mother earth the company received a shaking but escaped without any more »erioas injury.
