OTAUA DRAINAGE 30ARD The Otaua Drainage Board at a meeting lield in the Otaua Hall on June Kith, 101.;, passed a resolution that : In accordance with the provisions of " The Land Drainage Act, 1908," and the ''Rating Act, 1908," the Board strike and levy a general drainage rate upon the classified rateable value of all the rateable properties within the boundaries ot the Otaua Drainage District for the period commencing April Ist, 1910, and ending March 31st, 19M, such rale to be as follows : viz, one penny and one-eighth (1 i) in the £ on iirst-class lands, seven-eighths of a penny (I) in the £ on second-class lands, and five-eighths (jj) of a penny in the £ on thirdclass land?, fourth-class to be exejipt, the said rate to be due and payable to the collector at his residence, Otaua, in one instalment on and after Juno 16th, 1913.
