TO ADVERTISERS.
Advertisements must reach the office not later than ON E o'clock on the day of publication. Alterations of standing advertisements must reach us by 10 a.m. on the day previous to publication. Advertisements received without the number of insertions being stated will be continued and charged for until ordered out, except in the case of announcements where the dato conveys the limit of the number of insertions. Standing advertisements inserted tor a specified "time, and ordered to be withdrawn before the expiration of the term contracted for will be charged for the full period.
