NOTICE.

Pukekohe Borough Council Proposal to spend part of th n moneys raised for the purchase of Office Furniture, etc., as provided for in Item No. 3 of a Special Loan of £IOOO granted for that purpose (inter alii) on the 23rd day of September, 1912. In pursuance of tho Powers of " the Municipal' Corporations Act, 1908," the Pukekohe Borough Council hereby give notice that at a Special Meeting held on Wednesday, the 4th day of June, 1913, it was resolved to spend the sum of £IOO out cf "Office Furniture" Loan item Xo. 3 of tho S[ octal L' an of £IOOO granted for that purposo (inter alia) on tho 23rd day of September, 11)12, for ths ptuposo of alterations and additions to the Pukekohe Public Library, Municipal Chimbers and providing Office Furniture and fixtures for the same, and costs and expenses incidental thereto. The above resolution is to bo confirmed at an Ordinary Meeting of the said Council to bo held on WEDNESDAY, the 2nd day of July, 1913, at tho Pukekohe Borough Council Chambers, Pukekohe. • Dated this 9th Day of June, 1913.
