CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
The Pukekohe Chamber of Commsrce holds its first annual meeting in the Oddfellows' Hall on Monday night. The presentation of tha report and balance sheafr. the election of officers and general business will occupy the meeting. During the year the Chambar has done a great deal of useful work for the advancement of Pukekohe and its district. Some of it 3 actions (with regard t3 tha Waiuku railway, for instance) have met with disapproval, but as membership is not confined t) townspeople the annual meeting will affoid an opportunity to have any ciffe.ences straightened out. Realising tha good work that tha Chamber has done, and i 3 capalla of doing, we hope to tee a large attendance of memVers and intending members.
