WAIPIPI ROAD DISTRICT. Notice to Merge. The Waipipi Road Board hereby gives notice that a Petition will be presented to the Franklin County Council, at their meeting to be held on April 3rd, 1913, praying that the Waipipi District be abolished and merged in the said Franklin County as from March 31, 1913.
