FARMERS' UNION. The Fanners' Union has one of its livest branches i<- Bombay. A year ago, at its inauguration there were rn'y 15 members, The enthusiastic chairman, Mr VV. H. Thomas, pr sided at the annual meeting, when a satisfactory report and balance-she t wa.i presented, 'the following officers were elected for the tnsuing ycar:--Chai?man, Mr W. H. Thomas (re-elected); vice-chairman, Mr A. French; secretary, Mr G. Clirkc; tr.-asurer, Mr J. Wallace; auditor, Mr W. K. Corr.thwaite; executive committee, Messrs P. Evans P. Wyatt, H. Sawyer, W Flay, 11. Flay, H. La:<don and A. liesi.
