Installing drainage connections in the premises of occupiers adjoining the above Streets, and payment of all clerical, engineering and other expenses incidental therewith, the cost of such installations to be repaid by the respective occupiers on terms to be arranged between the respective occupiers and the Council; the legal, clerical, advertising, banking, brokerage and other charges and cost of and incidental to the raising of the said loan and the interest on the said loan for the first vear £3OOO The amount to be raised tor each of the above purposes respectively is that mentioned above after each purpose. The total amount of the proposed loan is £IO,OOO. The proposed security for the said loan, and for payment of the sinking fund (amounting to £l per centum per annum) and interest is a Special R;ite of 6-7 d. in the Pound proposed to be made and levied on the rateable value of all rateable property within the Special Hating Area of the late PukekoheTown District. The whole loan is to be repayable within a period of live years from the raising of the loan. The proposed security for the said loan and for payment of the sinking fund (amounting to LI per centum per annum), and interest is a Special Rate of l-6d. in the Pound proposed to be made and levied on the rateable value of all rateable property within the special rating area of the late Pukekohe Town district. The whole loan is to be repayable within a period of five years from the raising of the loan. '• In exorcise of the powers conferred on it by Section 1M of 'The Public Works Act, 1908,' the Drury Road Board hereby makes by Special Order a By-law forbidding the conduct of particular kinds of traffic on the roads under its control unless the cost of reinstating the road is previously paid to it.
