FRANKLIN COUNTY. Notice is hereby given of the intention of the Franklin County Council at a meeting to be held on the sth Day of September, 1912, under the provieions of Sections 117 to 119 of The Counties Act. 1908, and The Eating Act, 1908. To make the following rates for the year commencing on the First Day of April, 1912, and ending on the 31st Day of March, 1913. A general rate of 123-256ths of a Id. in the £ upon the unimproved value of all the rateable properties in the Hunua Road District and a general rate of onefarthing in tho £ upon the capital value of all the rateable properties in the outlying of Hunua Riding, and the Fukekohe Riding, Awhitu Riding, Drury Riding, Mauku Riding, Mercer Riding, Waiuku Riding and the Waipipi Riding as appearing on the valuation roll in force for the said period. The said rate will be due and payable in one sum at the County Office, King Street, Fukekohe, on the 21st Day of Septomber, 1912. Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 108 of the " Road Boards Act 1908," and under the provisions of "Tbo Rating Act, 1908," it is the intention of the Pukekohe East Road Board, at a meeting to be held on Saturday, September 14th, 1912, to strike and levy a General Rate of three farthings in the £ upon all the rateable property within the boundaries of the Pukekohe East Road District, for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1912, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1913, the said rates to be due and payable in one instalment to the collector, Frederick Lauer, at the office, of the Board, Buckland Public Hall, on .the 21st day of September, 1912.
