[OTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Mercer Eoad Board, in accordance with Section 108 of the Boad Boards' Act, 1908, and Section 48 of the Eating Act, 1908, and all other powers enabling thereto, at a meeting of the Board, to be held on MONDAY, 17th day of June, 1912, at 4 p.m., to make and levy a General Bate of One Penny (Id) in the £ on the capital value of all Rateable Property in the Mercer Eoad Board District, the said rate to be for a period of 12 months commencing the Ist day of April, 1912, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1913, to be due and payable in one sum on July Ist, 1912, to the Board's Collector, Edward Hallett, at the Board's Office, Mercer.
