The many friends of Mr Thos. Vangioni will regret to learn that he has decided to leave Pukekohe. Mr Vangioni, who has sold his business, intends going to Australia at the end of this month. In sporting circles Mr Vangioni will be greatly missed. He is Secretary of the Franklin Rugby Union and of the Pukekohe Football Club. He is also a member of the Franklin Referees' Association, the Pukekohe Tennis Club, the Pukekohe Bowling Club, Lodge Excelsior, and a trustee of the Public Library. All of these institutions will greatly miss him as Mr Vangioni was not only a member, but he was always an energetic and willing worker. A farewell smoke concert has been arranged for Monday, 25th inst., so that all his sporting friends may have an opportunity of saying good-bye. Mrs Vangioni has also taken a great interest in pastimes and she has represented the Tennis Club on several occasions in their matches with outside clubs, and is also a member of the newly formed Croquet Club.
