McDermott, who have been on a holiday to Opotiki, as the guests of Mrs. O’Sullivan, returned home on Thursday. | Mrs. and'"Miss Ferguson, of MataI mata, were Visitors to Putaruru this week. Mrs. Murphy spent the week-end at Waihi beach. Mrs. Southwell (Hamilton) and her daughter were visitors to Putaruru last week, staying with friends. Morrinsville. Mrs. A. M. Mallett, of Park street, is visiting Auckland. Miss M. Hopwood, who has been staying with Miss Mary Parlour, has left for her home in Auckland. Miss A. Cornish is on a visit to Palmerston North. Mrs. J. H. Wyatt, who has been on a visit to Mrs. Gummer, has returned to Pukekohe. Mr. and Mrs. G. Howie and Miss Howie, of Sydney, have been visiting Auckland. Matamata. Mr. A. Jackson, of Waharoa road, Matamata, is on holiday in Te Aroha. Mrs. A. Jackson is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. P. Hancock, of Matamata. Miss McPhee, of Whangarei, is the guest of her aunt, Mrs. Finlayson, of Tamihana steet, Matamata. Mrs. M. Everiss, matron of the Epsom Methodist Orphanage, is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Vosper, “ Rawhiti,” Matamata.
