PAYMENTS FOR AUGUST. The returns for August supply for the undermentioned dairy companies are as follows, the figures for last year being given in parentheses:— Sunny Park (Te Poi). Cheese.—Pounds of milk, 547,121 (304,555); test, 3.84 (3.75); pounds of butter-fat, 21,038 (12,070); payout, Is 2d (Is sd); amount distributed, £1277 4s 4d (£855). Butter.—Pounds of cream, 20,508 (24,655); test, 44.11 (41.31); payout, Is 23d (Is sd); distribution, £586 11s 4d (£1101). Norfolk (Motumaoho). Pounds of milk, 656,095 (678,819); test, 4.13 (4.1); pounds of butter-fat, 27,125 (27,814); payout, Is 2d (Is sd); distribution, £1582 7s (£1926).
