Mrs. McEwen, of Matamata, who has been ill for some time, is spending a holiday recuperating at Tauranga. Mrs. T. Stanley, who has been on holiday in Auckland, has returned to Matamata. Mrs. O. R. Lewis, of Hamilton, and her baby are the guests of Mrs. C. M. Green, of Matamata. Mr. and Mrs. P. J. McTaggart, of Tirau, left on Monday for a motor tour of the North Island. They expect to be away for three weeks or a month.
