NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND. IN THE MATTER OF “ THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928 ” AND ITS AMENDMENTS AND “ THE TOWN BOARD ACT 1908 ” AND ITS AMENDMENTS. Notice is hereby given that the Corporation called “ The Putaruru Town Board ” proposes under the provisions of the abovenamed Acts to execute a certain Public Work, namely the acquiring and laying out of a Recreation Ground and Park in the Town District of Putaruru and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a Plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Office of the Putaruru Town Board situate in Yandle’s Buildings in Main Street Putaruru and is open for inspection without fee for all persons during office hours.
