(Before Mr. S. L. Paterson, S.M.) In the following case judgment was given for plaintiff by default : W. R. Pass v. G. Mcßae, £2O 14s 4d, costs £3 17s 6d. Judgment Summonses. D. R. Whisker was ordered to pay J. H. Morris £8 8s 6d, in default eight days’ imprisonment. W. A. McLean was ordered to pay Mrs. S. Tierney £4 9s 6d, in default seven days’ imprisonment.
