PLUNKET SOCIETY.
PUTARURU BRANCH. The Putaruru branch of the Plunket Society- met on Friday afternoon, when there were present: Mesdames Spear (chairwoman), Scott, Coupe, Shine, Tulloch and Hutton. It was decided to postpone the proposed afternoon that was to have been held in connection with the society, the postponement being due to the obstetrical appeal at present in progress. It was suggested that June would be a suitable month in which to hold the social afternoon.
