Wedding Bells. GRIGG—GLYNN. The wedding' was solemnised at St. Joseph’s Church, Morrinsvilie, on Monday, of Miss Delia Mary Glynn, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O, Glynn, Kurunui, Morrinsvilie, and Mr. Arthur Henry Grigg, second son of _ Mr. and the late Mrp. W. E. Grigg, of Morrinsvilie. Rev. Father Mi Shore performed the ceremony. The bride wore a beautiful anklelength frock of ivory embossed ninon over pink satin with ivory georgette train lined with tulle and trimmed with pearls. Her veil of tulle and lace fell gracefully from a headdress caught at the ears with clusters of orange blossom. Light pink stockings and pink crepe de chine shoes finished an attractive toilette. The bride’s shower bouquet was of pink and white cyclamens and rosebuds with maidenhair.

The bridesmaids were Miss Betty ! Goodwin (Auckland) and Miss V. Brayshaw (Morrinsvilie), who wore frocks of lime green and daffodil yellow georgette with skirts drooping to the ankles at the back and large lace bertha collars. Crinoline hats matched the frocks, while both carried pretty posy bouquets of sweet peas and rosebuds to tone. Little Moira Flowerday made a dainty flower girl, with a frock of pink frilled net, and georgette poke bonnet to match. She carried a basket of flowers and maidenhair fern. The duties of best man were carried out' by Mr. E. Grigg and those of groomsman by Mr. A. Philpott. Miss M. Strevens presided at the organ.

After the ceremony a reception was held at the Morrinsvilie Hotel, where Mrs. Owen Glynn and Mrs. J. Bell, sister of the bridegroom, were hostesses. The former wore a gown of black embossed georgette and carried a bouquet of primroses. Mrs. Bell wore lemon crepe de chine. Among those present were : Mrs. W. Glynn, green crepe de chine, lace overdress ; Mrs. P. Lyons, lemon lace frock ; Mrs. Goodwin, apricot crepe de chine ; Mrs. Flowerday, blue embossed ninon ; Miss T. Sweetapple, blue crepe majestic ; Miss M. Sweetapple, green suede georgette ; Mrs. Brayshaw, black silk marocain ; Mrs. Shakeshaft, cornflour blue crepe ,de chine ; Mrs. W. T. Osborne, navy blue milanese ; Mrs. Glynn (Franktph), green crepe de chine ; Miss Glynn (Frankton), navy crepe de chine ; Mrs. Watkins, navy blue crepe de chine ; Mrs. Seville, grey garbadine, navy hat ; Miss Joan Chester (Auckland), shot marocain ; Mrs. Yates (Auckland), brown crepe de chine ; Mrs. Lynch (Auckland), navy crepe de chine ; Mrs. F. Chester (Auckland), apricot silk rayon ; Mrs. Grigg (Te Awamutu), shell pink. Mr. and Mrs. Grigg left by car for their honey moon, which is to be spent touring. The couple were • the recipients of numerous valuable presents.

STEWART—PAGE. The wedding was solemnised in Knox Presbyterian Church, Morrins.Ville, on Wednesday of Miss Eva Stewart,., eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Stewart, Motumaoho, and Mr. Albert Page, third son of Mr. and Mrs. Page, Raglan.* Rey. J. H. Starnes officiated. The bride, who entered the church on. the arm of her father, wore a frock of white georgette relieved with silver lace, with a dainty headdress of tulle and orange blossom. She carried a beautiful shower bouquet of white spring flowers. The . bridesmaid was Miss Rita Stewart, of Motumaoho, sister of the bride, whose dress was of lemon silk lace, with hat of lemon taffeta trimmed with silk to tone. She carried a pretty bouquet of flowers to match her dress. The best man was Mr. Walter Page, brother of the bridegroom. After the • ceremony a reception was held at the residence of the bride’s aunt, Mrs. W. Grigsby, Glencoe, Morrinsvilie. Mrs. Grigsby, who wore a gown of blue crepe de .chine, received over 40 guests. The room was effectively decorated with streamers and white clematis. The usual toasts were honoured. In the evening an enjoyable dancp was held in the Motumaoho Hall. • Eighty . couples, were present, and dancing was continued until a late hour. Music was supplied by Glover’s orchestra, Te Aroha. Mr. W. Grigsby was M.C. Mr. and Mrs. Page were the recipients of a large assortment of valuable presents. The couple left for their honeymoon, the bride’s travelling dress being of fawn repp, with hat to tone. Mr. and Mrs. Page will take up their residence at Kereone.
